Great Quality Soil, But Last Order Had Pest Issues

I always purchase soil from this shop and have been very happy with the quality. My flowers grow like crazy in this soil! However, I’m not very satisfied with my last order. A few days after changing the soil, I noticed a lot of small flies/insects coming out of the pots where I used the new soil

Hi Anna, we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The issue with the fungus gnats may have occurred because we stored the soil in the wrong place during the summer. We've since disposed of all the soil and will restock once we're properly prepared.
